Zach Galifianakis – The Lego Joker
Hopefully you enjoyed our first article as we discussed Joaquin Phoenix’s iteration of the Joker. As we work our way up to our final Rankings we would be remiss if we didn’t include the most outlandish of them all, Zach Galifianakis in The Lego Batman movie.
So, as we did in the last post, with the help of our friends within and outside the Spoiler-verse we will figure out who the quintessential Joker is.
Jay Roach
I generally would put him on the bottom of any list, because I generally can’t stand him. I had to look him up, had blocked out he played him, and here he is. I may be biased. (read more from Jay here)
John Horsley
People are complaining about a sympathetic Joker in the new movie, yet this is really the Joker you feel bad for. Zach did a great job for the LEGO version. (Read more from John here)
Kenric Regan
I like Galifinakis but I’ll be honest I drank waay to much before this movie, fell asleep about 10 minutes in and woke up to credits. I’ve tried watching like 2 or 3 more times but I keep falling asleep sooo ya. (Read more from Kenric here)
Kaylie Horsley
He is funny and all but the Lego Batman is just meh. They made them all douches. (Check out Kaylie on Spoiler Country)
JT aka PNWJrock
Rarely has there been a Joker so endearing that he wanted to go to the phantom zone so he can grab the most dangerous villains and bring them back so he can get all the attention from Batman. (watch JT steam here)
Robert Slavinksy
Zach was enjoyable to watch but let’s face it he was in a LEGO MOVIE! He just had to laugh and read a script. Not much performance there. (read more from Robert here)
Jon Anderson
He was a Joker?!? (see Jon’s artwork here)
Sara Kay
Good voice acting, but I mean…it’s Legos. I can’t take Legos seriously. (read Sara’s other reviews here)
Joshua Queen
What?! When?! (see his car videos here)
