Why We Mow Our Lawns

A right of passage for many kids. Driving the lawn mower has always been a good bit of pocket money, and a step towards getting a licence for many. Mowing the lawns is engrained in culture as we’re lucky enough to have so many properties with a decent patch of grass on it. 

So when did the first lawn mower come about? It’s hard to remember a time when we didn’t have lawn mowers. Before the lawn mower was invented, we must have done something to keep our homes from becoming jungles right?
