New Dungeons & Dragons Miniatures Revealed for Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden Monsters

WizKids has announced a new line of Dungeons & Dragons miniatures joining the newly announced Icewind Dale adventure: Rime of the Frostmaiden. WizKids announced a new line of miniatures for the upcoming Icewind Dale adventure: Rime of the Frostmaiden, a new adventure set in the popular town of Icewind Dale. The new line will include more than 45 new miniatures and figures based on the next adventure. In addition to bringing to life classic icy creatures such as the miniature Behir and Abominable Yeti, players can also find miniature versions of various Frostmaiden forms, which are perfect for use in the upcoming adventure.

One of the big surprises on set is the inclusion of Tomb Tapper, a terrifying clever build that was made by the archmages of Netheril. These massive creatures look like faceless giants with a mouth on their torso, and their appearance in the next line of WizKids means they may be making a comeback in Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden. Also included in the line are miniatures for Night Hags, Flind Trappers and even a White Dragon.

In addition to the Icewind Dale line, WizKids also announced plans to release a premium White Dragon figure for adults. This massive figure shows the White Dragon in flight, and it is the first time that WizKids has produced a painted White Dragon figure in years. The White Dragon will launch separately and will retail for $ 69.99. The huge Dragon figures tend to become collectibles, so fans will want to reserve these as soon as possible.

As with other WizKids games, the new prepainted miniatures will be sold in blind boxes containing 1 large figure and 3 medium or small figures. The Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden line will launch in June 2020.
