Netflix’s COWBOY BEBOP To Resume Filming
According to Deadline. Cowboy Bebop is set to resume filming in New Zealand after the show went on hiatus late last fall when lead, John Cho, suffered a knee injury on set. The show, based of a cult classic Japanese animated series, is a space western that will be written by Javier Grillo-Marxuach (Lost, The 100) and Chris Yost (The Mandalorian, Thor: Ragnarok) and is due to release on Netflix in 2021.
I’m excited for this, not because I think it will be great, but because I love Cowboy Bebop and am interested to see how it goes.
