THOR: LOVE and THUNDER Adds TWO MCU STARS

A couple Guardians of the Galaxy appear to be joining the cast of the upcoming fourth Thor film, Thor: Love and Thunder. While it is official that Chris Pratt will be portraying Star Lord in the film, eagle eyed fans have caught Vin Diesel around Australia where production is underway of the Taika Waititi film. Vin Diesel of course is the voice of Groot so it is a bit peculiar that he would be on set during principal photography but not completely out of the realm of possibility if he was meeting with Waititi.

The addition of these characters, and possibly more from the GOTG films, makes sense since we see Thor joining them aboard the Milano at the end of 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.

So far the cast of the film consists of, Christian Bale, Natalie Portman, Chris Hemsworth, Taika Waititi, Chris Pratt and more.

Thor: Love and Thunder is due to be released by Marvel Studios February 11, 2022
