SYLVESTER STALLONE Cast in THE SUICIDE SQUAD
While on his way to do some work with James Gunn the Rocky star announced on his Instagram that he will be part of the upcoming DC film, The Suicide Squad. While the video is no longer there, dcunews was able to capture the news and share it on their own feed.
Shortly thereafter The Suicide Squad Director, James Gunn, confirmed the news and shared his excitement and pleasure of working with the iconic star again.
Unfortunately we have no idea what his role could be. Rumors suggest it is something akin to a similar size part as he did in Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 when he played Starhawk. Most likely his part will not be revealed until the film releases in 2021.
The Suicide Squad cast already consists of Idris Elba, Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman, Michael Rooker, Jai Courtney Taika Waititi, Storm Reid, Peter Capaldi, Pete Davidson, John Cena, Nathan Fillion, Sean Gunn and many more.
The Suicide Squad is set to hit theaters on August 6, 2021
