Star Wars: The Anticipation Rises

One of the most exciting parts of being a Star Wars fan, especially for the past seven years, is the speculation and anticipation. Since Disney’s acquisition of Lucasfilm in late 2012 to these months leading up to the final film in the Skywalker saga, fans around the world have been talking, arguing, forming theories, and look forward to all things Star Wars. Whether it has been questions like who are Rey’s parents, how the heck is Palpatine coming back in The Rise of Skywalker, or why is The Last Jedi so divisive? There is always a discussion to be had as we look forward to the next big Star Wars event.

Next Friday, October 4, 2019 is Triple Force Friday the sort of “official” start of the HUGE marketing campaign for all things related to Star Wars releasing by the end of this year. New toys, books, posters, and apparel may be the talk of the town now but within the next month, we will begin to see so much more. Such as a new, and hopefully, more in-depth trailer for The Rise of Skywalker. Followed by the release of a new ambitious video game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order as well as the first EVER live action Star Wars television show, The Mandalorian in November. Finally, in December, we will all bid adieu to the Skywalker saga with the release of Episode IX.

These next few months are going to be a blast for any Star Wars fan as speculation and discussions will run rampant and you can rest assured that we here at Spoiler Country and the newest addition Shootin’ the Sith podcast will be right there with you every step of the way.

It’s time to get excited and allow your anticipation to rise.

May the Force Be With You
