Disney+ released the season 2 finale of The Mandalorian today. While the episode itself had a few AWESOME, yet expected, surprises. Favreau and FIloni made sure that they gave the fans just a little more with a post-credit scene.
As we all finally wiped the tears from our eyes and the final credits rolled we get a glimpse at Jabba’s Palace on Tatooine. However it is now, an overly large, Bib Fortuna who is sitting on the throne. Blasters can be heard going off as we first see Fennec Shand make her way through some Gamorrean Guards. Finally, Boba Fett comes walking in blasting Bib and taking the throne for himself.
As the screen goes black and we get a title card ‘THE BOOK OF BOBA FETT’ Coming December 202.
Little information is known on what this series will cover, but with this little tease it appears it takes place after the events of the second season of The Mandalorian.
If you recall back in November we posted an article in the RUMORVERSE about the possibility of a Boba Fett series being in the works. With the reveal today in the post-credit scene this has now been confirmed.
Are you excited about this?
