MARVEL STUDIOS Finds New Writers for DEADPOOL 3

Nearly two years since acquiring FOX, Disney and Marvel Studios finally confirms Deadpool 3 will be moving forward by hiring new writers. Deadline is reporting that Wendy Molyneux and Lizzie Molyneux-Loeglin (Bobs Burgers) will be writing the upcoming third installment in the film series.

Over the last month, Reynold’s, along with the studio, had been meeting with writers and listening to pitches. Ultimately, they came to an agreement that the Molyneux sisters would be the best fit in pushing the franchise forward.

While Deadpool 3 is expected to be rated R and fit within the MCU continuity, there is still much uncertainty in how Deadpool will fit within the mold of what Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios has created, this is surely an exciting development for those anxiously awaiting to hear what is coming next.
