THR is reporting Jared Leto is reprising his role as the Clown Prince of Crime in highly anticipated film, Zack Snyder’s Justice League. Jared Leto will be joining the cast and crew of The Snyder Cut, including Ben Affleck, Amber Heard, Ray Fisher and more, for the additional photography. Reportedly additional photography is going on now with Affleck, Heard and Fisher already being involved in some newly shot scenes.
Last week rumors began circulating that Leto would return to the role of Joker in the DCEU which Robert from Bridging the Geekdoms discussed on his show. Thanks to THR it is now official that Leto is returning. However, there could be more…
Besides his return as Joker in ZSJL, we have heard that it is very possible Leto will have a role in the upcoming Ben Affleck Batman project, which was reported to be in development from our friends at The Cultured Nerd. As well as another nearly forgotten film featuring both Harley Quinn & Joker which was thought to be canned a few years back.
More on all this as it develops.
