Birds Of Prey Cast Surprises Fans At DC UNIVERSE NYC Screening

You know, there’s something about New York. I’m not a big fan of the city, at least living in one, but I do love traveling to one. I live by Seattle, and work in Seattle, and that’s no where near as big of a city as New York. One of the bonuses though to living in a city like New York is they do a lot of cool things there, like screenings of movies such as Birds of Prey. I know you are saying “But John, they screened this in 30 cities across the country, why is this special?”

Well at this screening the cast came out to interact and answer questions AND they got to do a photo opp in a replica of Harley’s living quarters. Man I wanted to go to this, but noooo, I live across the country.

DC UNIVERSE members attending the screening in New York’s Times Square also received a special appearance from the cast including Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn) Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Huntress), Jurnee Smollett-Bell (Black Canary), Rosie Perez (Renne Montoya), Ella Jay Basco (Cassandra Cain) and EwanMcGregor (Roman Sionis) who joined fans to celebrate the femme force team’s big-screen debut. Times Square fans also had the opportunity to step into Harley Quinn’s living quarters and a Harley Quinn-shaped dome filled with confetti for the perfect photo-opp!

Other participating locations also gifted attending DC UNIVERSE members with a one-of-a-kind Birds of Prey collectible pin of Harley Quinn’s mallet.

Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) arrives in theaters nationwide this Friday, February 7th. Subscribers can read and watch more about Birds of Prey on a special DC UNIVERSE page dedicated to Harley Quinn & The Birds Of Prey.
